- With more then 500 million monthly active users, it is clear to see the popularity of Tik Tok. If you are unfamiliar, it allows users to post looping videos of 15 to 60 seconds, similar to discontinued app, Vine.
- Finding massive popularity with the younger generations, the platform sees content such as montages, duets (combining a previously posted video with your own) and comedic and creative shorts, among other forms, do particularly well.
- As the exponential growth of the app continues, Tik Tok provides an interesting new platform to reach customers. Favouring the creative, humorous and often bizarre, it allows brands to be a little more adventurous in their content, able to deviate away from the usual.
