- A recent survey by Sprout Social has found that social media users are more likely to purchase items through social commerce if they hold knowledge of that brand.
- 80% of answers indicated they were more likely to do so of they had familiarity with the brand. 34% also said that they used social media to research new products and services before deciding on purchasing.
